COVID-19 booster walk-in clinics available Fridays through May

Walk-in clinics will provide booster shots each Friday from 8 a.m. – 12 p.m. throughout March, April and May at the Occupational Health Services clinic

Symptomatic testing now available in Center for Advanced Medicine

Tests must be ordered through the COVID Exposure/Illness Hotline at 314-362-5056 and walk-in testing is NOT available.

WashU Med to ease masking requirements on Medical Campus

Effective Wednesday, March 22, masking will be situational for employees and optional for patients and visitors/families.

Occupational Health offering walk-in flu vaccine and COVID-19 booster clinics

Occupational Health has added walk-in flu vaccine and COVID-19 booster vaccine clinics Nov. 18 and 28 as well as Dec. 5 and 12 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Center for Advanced Medicine (4921 Parkview Place), Suite 5A.

New guidance on COVID-19 testing for employees

Occupational Health is now accepting positive home antigen test results for COVID-19, with no requirement for further testing.

Positive COVID-19 tests must be reported to Occupational Health

Employees who test positive outside of WashU Med/BJC HealthCare Occupational Health are required to call the Exposure/Illness Hotline at 314-362-5056.

Masking optional in non-clinical spaces on the Medical Campus

Masks are now optional for fully vaccinated employees and students who work in office-based or non-clinical settings where no patients or clinical visitors are encountered.

Updated COVID-19 vaccine boosters targeting omicron now available

Updated vaccine boosters are now available from Pfizer-BioNTech for people ages 12 years and older, and from Moderna for people ages 18 years and older.

COVID-19 vaccine appointments available for children ages 6 months and up

BJC currently offers the Pfizer vaccine for children 5 years and older. Moderna is also available for children 6 months – 4 years.
