B-2 Spirit salutes essential employees in flyover

Zachary Englert, DO, right, and other employees gather on the Barnes-Jewish Hospital rooftop helipad to watch as a B-2 Spirit stealth bomber passes overhead today. The Missouri Air National Guard 131st Bomb Wing flew over St. Louis in a salute to health-care workers and essential employees. The flight was part of the U.S. Air Force effort to honor employees working on the coronavirus pandemic. Englert is an assistant professor of surgery in the Section of Acute and Critical Care Surgery and part of the U.S. Air Force C-STARS program.
