If you see a coworker, classmate, or other member of the WashU Med community who is not following campus COVID-19 health and safety procedures, it is important to report it. By reporting the issue, you aid the university as it helps members of our community understand and follow safe practices.
How to report noncompliance
- Start with your supervisor, program director, department chair, school leaders, or other trusted members of your community.
- In addition, there are two other places to report your concerns:
- COVID Policy Concerns Portal (Danforth or Medical campuses)
- Office of the Vice Chancellor for Research Concerns Form (for research and lab-specific issues)
The more detailed and specific your responses are, the more likely it is that the university can address them.
